Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be:
  • Unused and unworn
  • In the same condition as when received
  • In their original packaging
    

     

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns on the following:

• Custom or personalized jewelry
• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale
  

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at blumagems@gmail.com. We'll be happy to assist, subject to item availability.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error or is defective.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
